| We can't say enough great things about Ivie Baker. We had a bad experience with 2 other agencies who we were always suspect to "sleeping at the wheel". When Ivie came along, everything improved drastically. Ivie's a great asset, is that she "listens" and really targets in on what the seller's or buyer's needs are. She doesn't clutter up the process with showing homes and properties that do not fit the specified criteria of the buyer. Her "tenacity" is endless. She has a drive in her we have not seen in any other agent. She doesn't "bag the listing" and disappear. She works hard and has devotion to her trade, and her clients. Her savvy with virtual tours is incredible. She is a real professional, and agencies across the State would be in her debt if they could see her work. We tell her all the time, she should run her own Virtual Tour Company, in that her talent precedes her indeed. Ivie's role in real estate is not a job to her.
